Today we had the opportunity to take part in a teleconference with members of the Hager family and senior management. It was for lack of a better term – extraordinary.
While discussing the realities of a global pandemic that affects each of us in many ways, the underlying message was one of caring, hope and positivity.
Hager’s long history of treating their employees and customers as family remains 100% ingrained their culture today. Throughout the 170 years and 6 generations, Hager has never furloughed an employee – even through The Great Depression. Everyone is working – both on site and remotely without disrupting our normal business practices.

3300 SERIES, GRADE 3 LEVERSETS:
We added the 3300 Series Grade 3 tubular leverset to our lock line. Offered in four functions – passage, privacy, entry and single dummy, along with five finishes: US3, US10B, US15, US26, US26D. It’s field reversible with a thru-bolt design for ease of installation. This Grade 3 lock provides a perfect solution for multi-family and assisted living facilities when suited with Grade 1 and Grade 2 products.
34K BATTERY OPERATED STANDALONE LOCK:
Available in both a keypad only and keypad with Prox reader, this standalone lock is non-handed, battery operated and comes standard with mechanical key override. The lock is grade 1, ADA compliant, has 500 total access codes available and comes with a tamper proof design. There is an optional #3932 deadlatch that can be ordered for fire-rated pairs of doors.
IMPROVEMENTS TO OUR THRESHOLD & WEATHERSTRIPPING PRODUCT LINE:
There have been several improvements to our Threshold & Weatherstrip product line. We now offer an ADA compliant half mortise mounting option on several of our current Automatic Door Bottom models, including the 740S and 747S.
We also made modifications to the following Weatherstrip products: 742S Automatic Door Bottom, 752SDoor Bottom Sweep, and 759S Door Bottom Sweep. Installation instructions, CAD files, and images have been updated on the Hager website.
Our new hospitality transition thresholds provide a transition between different flooring types while maintaining a smooth profile with several ADA compliant designs. All products in this series are listed for use on Fire Doors up to 3 hours.
4 AND 6 AMP POWER SUPPLIES:
Adding these modular power supplies extends our current offering by giving our customers more options when designing access controlled openings. Both are customizable so that each opening is fully optimized.
29EA DOOR PROP ALARMS:
The 29EA Series in a line of stand-alone door prop alarms that will give customers the ability to audibly monitor openings that are not networked or communicating with an access control system.
